Who doesn't remember GlaDOS' haunting taunts throughout Valve's awesome Portal? The auto-tuned narration from the Aperture testing AI was the only voice to follow you through the original game, and it made GlaDOS' increasingly morbid lines of dialogue all the more affecting as you went through each test chamber in turn.
