7. Mark Hamill (The Joker)
Mark Hamill's work as the Joker in the nineties Batman animated series has defined the Dark Knight's famous nemesis for a whole generation. His reprise as the antagonist for Batman: Arkham Asylum and City brought that same generation on board with Rocksteady's incredible Batman games. The Joker is suitably nuts in both games, and Mark Hamill's voice is a big part of this.
