6. Doug Stone (Psycho Mantis)
Arguably the most memorable boss in Kojima's awesome Metal Gear Solid, Psycho Mantis was always pretty terrifying. Naturally a big part of this was his ability to read the player's controller, still one of the coolest abilities for a game boss ever. That said, Doug Stone's slimy vocals added an even more sinister element to this boss fight, made all the more noticeable by how Mantis becomes oddly likeable during his last breath.
