7. Final Fantasy Versus XIII
Yep, apparently this is actually still in development. Announced way back in 2006, Versus XIII has been a hell of a slow burner, but we can only hope this long development time will mean we get a polished masterpiece when it finally arrives next year. Featuring the same visual quality SquareEnix are known for and a real time combat system, Final Fantasy Versus XIII could be a turning point for the increasingly disappointing Final Fantasy franchise.
