8. Proper Backwards Compatibility

Granted, Sony's Gaikai acquisition puts them in a strong position to offer PS1, 2 and 3 games via streaming, but that's only once this service is up and running. Not only that but, even when it is established, it's unlikely to stock any of the more obscure and underrated games on these past systems. At least with native backwards compatibility you can play (almost) all of your old games from day one, but this is something we won't get with PS4.
