30. Sleeping Dogs
Formerly True Crime: Hong Kong, Sleeping Dogs cast off those shackles and formed its own niche of Chinese open world ass-kicking that relies more on a free flow combat system akin to Arkham Asylum than guns – and there were guns too. With great visuals and an interesting new setting to explore, Sleeping Dogs succeeded admirably as an open world title.
