#1. STAR WARS: KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC
And here it is- the undisputed king of Star Wars games. Knight of the Old Republic is not just an excellent Star Wars experience, it is also one of BioWare’s best works ever, and flat-out one of the greatest games ever made. It has all the hallmarks of a BioWare classics, with engaging role playing mechanics, weighty choice and consequence scenarios, one of the best Star Wars stories in any medium, a cast of memorable characters, and so much more. It’ll be hard for any game to topple KOTOR as the best Star Wars game ever, but let’s be honest- that’s a tall, tall order anyway, so maybe we should lower our expectations.
