The November 7th 2017 Nintendo Direct trailer is one such prime example of containing spoilers for Xenoblade Chronicles 2. While there are as many opportunities in-game of showing Rex and other characters walking around and various cool combat scenes, and even though Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is quite lengthy, since the game isn’t a re-release, it could have stood not to have some major plot revelations spoiled in advance. It can discourage people from engaging trailers when they’re supposed to hype people up.
