9. Motorstorm: Apocalypse

I always thought that the first two games in the series did not achieve the success that the series deserves. Now Evolution Studios are changing the setting of the game from the wild forests to the more urban area. The events of Apocalypse’s festival takes place with the help of various types of participants named, “The Rookie”, “The Survivor”, and “The Big Dog”. It will be interesting to see how the concept will work. Fingers crossed.
8. Resistance 3
Release date: TBA, 2011
At GamesCom, Insomniac games once again showed their loyalty to Sony by announcing Resistance 3. No information is known at this time other then the live action trailer below.
7. Final Fantasy versus XIII
Release date: TBA
Still no release date announced for the game, but we are pretty much sure that the game should hit the PlayStation 3 sometime next year. As fans will know, Final Fantasy versus XIII is a part of Fabula Nova Crystallis story, and will have a totally new cast of characters with their own set of story lines. The game will feature tricky battle conditions where a player can be attacked all of a sudden which are new for a Final Fantasy game.
