Colony Island Hospital, better known as the Abandoned Hospital in GTA 4, is part of a mission “The Snow Storm.” The building itself is in a ruined state, with power fluctuations and homeless civilians. Players have reported seeing ghosts and while these have been dismissed as a result of the game’s render distance, the sound of a young girl laughing is apparently heard once entering.
