Vanillaware’s 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is coming to Nintendo Switch in April, having originally launched for PS4 in November 2019. Atlus has released a new trailer for the same, showcasing key moments from the story that focus on the “calamities” that occur. Check it out below.

The story features 13 playable characters, each with their own respective plots that intertwine and intersect with each other. They each pilot their own Sentinels and must combat the invading Kaiju to protect their city. But what’s really going on? The overarching story has been praised for its complexity and world-building so it’s well worth experiencing for one’s self.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is out on April 12th for Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders for the physical release are currently available and include a bonus set of art cards. A demo is currently available on the Nintendo eShop in Japan but it’s unknown if it will be made available in the West. For more details on the game, check out our review for the PS4 version here.
