WARFRACT 3 REFORGED LAUNCH
Warcraft 3 is one of the most legendary PC games of all time, and an absolute gem of the strategy genre, so Blizzard had a lot of expectations to live up to with a remaster. Not only did they fail to live up to those expectations, they messed things up so terribly that they somehow managed to hurt the original game itself as well. Reforged had a number of technical and design issues at launch, all of which came together to make for a very poor remaster, but Blizzard made the baffling decision to replace the original game’s client with the remaster’s, essentially replacing the legendary Warcraft 3 with its disappointing remaster.
