Asgore’s Story – Undertale

You have to pity Asgore, the king of the Underground. Exiled to the domain along with his fellow monsters after losing the war against humanity, he, Toriel and his son Asriel attempted to live a peaceful life. Things seemed to get even better when the first human to fall into the Underground, Chara, joined their family but circumstances would lead to their death. When Asriel tried to return his SOUL to his village, he was attacked and subsequently died. Asgore would declare war on humanity again, swearing to kill any human and use their SOUL to break the Underground’s barrier, leading to his wife leaving him. Despite all of this though, he’s still a gentle soul that enjoys a spot of gardening and who, sooner or later, inevitably meets his end.
