The reveal that Vincent is an undercover cop and the brother of the dealer that Harvey killed, which resulted in Leo’s arrest, probably isn’t the most shocking plot twist. That doesn’t make the betrayal any less bitter though. After all, Vincent and Leo spend time breaking out of prison, running from the cops, confiding in each other and even going to Mexico to hunt down Harvey. Maybe they could have just been friends in the end. Or maybe not.
