PHALANX (SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS)
To say that a boss fight in Shadow of the Colossus is amazing would be a waste of our time and energy. Because, seriously, what boss fight in Shadow of the Colossus isn’t amazing? Phalanx is no different. The thirteenth Colossus, Phalanx is actually a completely docile beast who doesn’t attack the player by itself. Once the fight begins, though, it truly ramps up. Being the biggest Colossus in the entire game, you’d expect the encounter to deliver on its potential, and it doesn’t disappoint. The boss fight against the thirteenth Colossus is a thrilling one that will keep you on the edge of your seat for the entirety of its duration.
