Mortal Kombat: Unchained is the PSP version of Mortal Kombat: Deception, and alongside copy-pasting everything from its console counterpart Unchained also added a new game mode dubbed Endurance which presented endless waves of fighters to brawl. Characters not available in Deception were added too: Blaze, Frost, Jax, and Kitana all made an appearance. The meat of the package though was still the fighting mechanics. The stances, weapons, combos, and combo-breakers which made Deception a standout MK title elevated Unchained too.
