Paz Lives(ish) – Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain
Despite her grisly fate at the end of Ground Zeroes, Paz is seemingly alive and well in The Phantom Pain. If you explore the Mother Base main platform and head to the medical bay, there will be a blue door. Paz is within though she seems to have lost her memories. Of course, she was revealed to have been a hallucination (or even a spirit) and Venom Snake eventually comes to terms with her passing shortly thereafter.
