MARK OF THE NINJA

Mark of the Ninja is, in no vague terms, 2D stealth perfection. It’s slick and stylish, and fine-tuned to the point of perfection. Being a side scrolling game, it obviously doesn’t offer the level of freedom that so many other games in this feature do, but what it does offer is legitimately tense stealth gameplay. Precise controls, an excellent UI, incredible level design and thrilling encounters make for what is one of the tightest, most enjoyable games on this list.
