Say what you will about the Resistance series, but Insomniac did an excellent job offering well-paced, narrative-focused first-person shooters with incredible set pieces. It’s firmly glued to Marvel titles, with Wolverine next on its list and a Venom spin-off possible, but a return to Resistance seems overdue, especially with other first-party shooters like Killzone missing. Again, given its experience with Miles Morales, Insomniac is more than equipped for the job.
