Loot-A-Palooza and Dance Party Keys
Complete the Leviathan raid and you stand a chance at receiving the Loot-A-Palooza key. In the Tower, head to where Dead Orbit is and look behind them to a small set of stairs. You’ll find a console at the end which will activate a Public Event with a notification that “Cayde-6 has dropped treasure chests in the Tower.” There is a time limit involved and though anyone can access these chests, the person holding the Loot-A-Palooza key is the one who receives the Dance Party key. Head to any of the faction bases in the Tower, find a console nearby and insert the key, which triggers a dance party. There’s also a chest filled with Exotics and Legendaries and yes, other players can access this as well.
