4. Inside
Playdead made waves with Limbo in 2010, and they’re looking to do so again next year with Inside. Billed as a spiritual successor to Limbo, Inside is a 2.5D platformer that features a muted color palette and creepy atmosphere. Like Limbo, it’s a hard game to describe in text. Your best bet on this one is to watch the trailer. Playdead’s work is best experienced.
