Save File Corruption – Mass Effect 2
Even the vaunted Mass Effect series wasn’t above glitches that could corrupt your save data. It’s perhaps the least surprising thing about Mass Effect 2, which had bugs like Vanguard Charge skipping past places where cutscenes trigger. One glitch even caused your career data to become corrupted if you removed any story DLC and resumed playing, forcing you to restart the whole thing. As for anyone who’s played through the game and its various branches and paths, that’s a lot of Renegade choices.
