Gran Turismo 7
Polyphony Digital has been in hot water over several things with Gran Turismo 7 but its visual prowess is something to behold on PS5. Each of the hundreds of cars is painstakingly recreated; foliage looks more realistic and higher resolution than ever; and ray tracing ties it all together in the replays. Even details like the incredible lighting and changing positions of the clouds and stars in the skybox, along with the realistic rain effects, look amazing. Yes, microtransactions, I know, but it looks so good.
