SONIC THE HEDGEHOG (2006)
Sonic games have often been unbelievably horrendous, but even close to two decades on, it’s hard to fathom just how the 2006 Sonic the Hedgehog reboot could be as broken and atrocious as it turned out to be. Playing through the game feels like an impossible task, thanks to how fundamentally broken it is in so many ways. Simply by virtue of being a Sonic game, it attracted more than its fair share of hype and anticipation back in the day, but it’s fair to say that its reputation as the worst Sonic game of all time and one of the worst games ever made is certainly well-earned.
