FORZA MOTORSPORT
The Forza franchise is flying higher than ever right now, thanks to the incredible critical and commercial success of Forza Horizon 5, but soon, it’ll be the flagship Motorsport series’ time to shine. The Forza Motorsport reboot doesn’t actually have a set release date right now, but with speculation and leaks suggesting that it’ll be out some time in 2022, you have to wonder why we haven’t seen any gameplay for it yet. Of course, it’s entirely possible that Microsoft didn’t want to full attention away from Horizon 5 and will soon kick marketing for the next Motorsport into gear now that the open world racer is out. Then again, back when it was first announced in June 2020, it was said to be in early development. Will two years be enough to complete development on what’s being billed as a complete reimagination of the series? Only time will tell.
