Nioh
The first two “real” bosses in Nioh are some brutal difficulty checks. Fighting Onryoki without the ability to trigger Ki Pulse on dodging and generally avoiding one-hit deaths is a task. And just when you’ve got that figured out, it’s Hino Enma to test your patience and dodge timing next. Nioh isn’t “easier” later on either as you try to figure out what its various stats mean, which weapon and its abilities best work and whatnot. On the upside, the broken builds are absurdly broken and feel great to use.
