Stupidly exaggerated delivery and sloppy writing are the exact opposite of a winning combination, but they can be found together in abundance in Dynasty Warriors 3. There are some games on this list that you can look at and go- “well, at least they tried.” With Dynasty Warriors 3 though, one can’t help but feel like they shouldn’t even have bothered. Unless you want a hilarious highlight reel of bad voicework in a video games, in which case this is a goldmine.
