BROM IN HORIZON: ZERO DAWN

Brom is a very minor character in Horizon: Zero Dawn who is on-screen for barely a fraction of the entire experience, but he’s likely one you haven’t forgotten if you played the game. Lets just put aside his stuff animations for a second here, because that’s really not what this feature is about, and focus instead on his voice acting- which sounded like a pre-table read table read, with the “table” being a cardboard box, and the “read” a bunch of words typed into an online bot who then spoke them back. It was laughably bad- thankfully, the rest of the game’s voice acting was significantly better.
