Wooden Training Sword – Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

Metal Gear Rising Revengeance - Wooden Training Sword

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance may have all manner of devastating blades and weapons but one of the most underrated is the Wooden Training Sword. You can only get this after finding five enemies hidden in boxes and it does no cutting damage. However, each hit has a chance to make an enemy disappear, potentially decreasing the time to kill. You can further upgrade the sword to increase that chance of disappearing enemies. It’s at the risk of lower damage but we’d say it’s worth it.
