These slippery suckers have gotten harder to spot as the cost of development all but pushed out quick cash grabs of licensed properties, but it’s still important to be vigilant and careful of games that slap on a licence and get out the door trying to squeeze a few bucks from the fans. These days it’s more on children’s games and cheap niche sports titles, with the occasional bad anime game phoned in.
