Not since Sony launched the PS3 at $600 has there been a bigger global reaction to something from gaming as what we saw around Star Wars Battlefront II and Lootgate. We’re not specifically calling out Free to Play as a business model itself, which has a lot of benefits to it when handled properly. What this entry is condemning without qualification is that if you want to charge the full retail price of your game, then season pass and any extra DLC that isn’t part of that, you really have no excuse for pay to win mechanics in a game we already paid into.
