Final Fantasy 8 – Triple Triad
We’ve seen our fair share of mini-games in Final Fantasy titles but Triple Triad in Final Fantasy 8 took it to a whole new level. It’s essentially a card game played on a 3×3 grid where one player must convert his opponent’s cards to his colour. Along with different card levels, rarities, rule variations and the ability to collect cards during your quest, Triple Triad served as more than just a distraction.
