DEVIL MAY CRY 5

Capcom have been on an absolute roll of late. Starting with Resident Evil 7 in 2017, then Monster Hunter World last year, they kicked off 2019 with the aforementioned Resident Evil 2, before promptly delivering the stylish, gleefully over-the-top, and spectacular Devil May Cry 5. Bringing the series back to the style and panache that we’ve always known it for, and doing so in a way that serves as a perfect reminder of why this is considered one of the greatest action franchises of all time, DMC5 is just the shot in the arm that this series needed- here’s hoping this leads to similarly excellent sequels very soon.
