Just Plain Poor Design
Why was Nashandra, the final boss of Dark Souls 2, such a boring push-over? Why was Zorah Magdaros effectively a cinematic sequence in Monster Hunter World rather than an actual hunt? Why is Perfect Chaos, the ultimate harbinger in Sonic Adventure, simply beaten by running into him over and over? Most importantly, why was the Moon Presence so easy compared to Gehrman in Bloodborne? Some bosses feel like they can be easy for no reason while others are just strangely designed. Every game has at least one so take your pick.
