At the end, when you’re face-to-ugly-mutated-face with Eveline, you’ll receive the Albert-01R to finish her off. The weapon is available in your second playthrough of the game and is clearly a reference to Albert Wesker, the Umbrella double agent who was part of STARS in the beginning and served as a major antagonist throughout the series. There’s even the word “STARS” engraved on the side of the gun.
