The Adoring Fan (Oblivion)
How ironic is it that Cicero has a diary entry that hints at him being another annoying character in the Elder Scrolls universe? The Adoring Fan made his appearance in Oblivion once you became the Grand Champion of the Arena. As if his groveling wasn’t bad enough, he’s persistent. Like, “kill him and he respawns in three days” persistent. You would think someone couldn’t drive you mad by saying “By Azura!” but you’d be wrong.
