Imagine a clown. No, a jester. Imagine a really annoying jester. Now imagine said annoying jester being an antagonist in an Elder Scrolls game, that too as part of the Dark Brotherhood quest. Cicero is an assassin who’s last contract was to kill a jester and in doing so, went insane. He can thus be found talking to the Night Mother (or her remains at least) when he’s not accentuating everything with that annoying intonation. Suffice to say, you’re gonna feel real good killing him.
