A shonen jump crossover fighting game- what could go wrong? When Jump Force was announced back at E3 2018, there was no shortage of fanfare surrounding it. Bringing all these popular properties in the world together to essentially deliver the Smash Bros. of anime and manga? That sounds like a winning formula, right? What it turned out to be, though, was a waste of potential, and poor execution of what was an excellent idea on paper.
