No Man’s Sky held the promise of an infinitely explorable universe crammed with beautiful and mysterious sights to see, but we all know how it’s launch panned out. Lacking in many features that had been promised and failing to implement others satisfactorily, No Man’s Sky and developers Hello Games fell victim to vitriolic backlash, in what has to be one of the most highly publicized substandard launches in years. Thankfully, Hello Games quietly kept plugging away at the game, adding improvements and changes to it after its release, with No Man’s Sky now being at a point where it’s much closer to its initial promise.
