MAN FALLS INTO POND WHILE PLAYING POKÉMON GO
A 25-year-old gamer in Brooklyn was out in a park at night playing Pokémon Go, too busy catching Pokémon and tracking down lures, when he fell right into a moss-covered pond. He said he had been cutting through grassy areas to get to the lures faster, and thought the moss was just another grassy patch, and distracted as he was, walked right into the eight feet deep pond. He ended up throwing out every bit of clothing he was wearing, thought somehow, his phone survived his little dip.
“All I have to say is that you don’t need an app to be stupid,” he said. “I was a clear example of that. I’m just an idiot who walked into a pond.” The best part is, it was all caught on video.
