8. Manus, Father of the Abyss – Dark Souls: Artorias of the Abyss DLC
Yes, you can just cheese this fight but where’s the fun (read: misery) in that? Manus is the big bad of the Artorias DLC and can deal with you at any range. He has a variety of moves, some annoying combos and flows pretty quickly. However, after a point, you can read Manus’ move set and effectively counter against him. It’s just a question of patience and beating him down when you find an opening but you’ll have to be patient to win.
