Armored Core 6 Fires of Rubicon

The Armored Core series has long been in hiding, but that’s going to change soon with Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon. The game is set to be kind of a soft reboot for the franchise with a fresh story, and the gameplay looks to be a beautiful modernization of the mechanics that we saw in prior releases. You will still be taking control of giant mechs and docking them out with all sorts of weapons and gadgets in hopes of clearing hordes of varying enemy types. The combat looks pretty fast-paced, and mech customization is going to be an important part of the gameplay loop. It releases for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on August 25.
