It was the late 90s and skateboarding games weren’t necessarily the rage. Enter Neversoft that was working on a skate-boarding game unlike any other. What started as a fun little demo of Bruce Willis on a skateboard became something more, eventually involving the legendary Tony Hawk. The first demo was bundled with the Pizza Hut Powered PlayStation Giveaway demo disc and the response was unanimously positive. This Single Session of skateboarding with its tricks, flips, combos and aesthetics was the future. At least for the next five years or so.
