Survivors
In a world where humans have fallen; where they have become the hunted; where they have become prey — they thrive. Early on we learn that humans are an endangered species in Horizon and it has been hinted that some of the story focuses on what happened in the past that caused such a chaotic future. What humans exist still are bound in tribal communities throughout the various lands. These tribes come in different varieties: poor tribes with little land and shelter to large tribes with castle-like constructions. Aloy travels to many of these tribal communities acting as cities where we have yet to find out what lies within.
