EL GIGANTE (RESIDENT EVIL 4)
Remember the cave trolls from The Lord of the Rings? Remember when Capcom plucked them up and dropped them straight into Resident Evil 4 as it is without any changes? That’s what the El Gigante are. They’re massive cave trolls who’re swinging at you with massive weapons and tree trunks. Sure, the lore will explain how they’re regular humans mutated by the Plaga parasite- but nah, they’re really just cave trolls. Don’t get me wrong, they’re awesome enemies and an absolute blast to take on… but what are they doing in Resident Evil?
