As their name suggests, they’re cursed with astounding regenerative capabilities, which means killing a Regenerator is no easy to task. Combine that with their slow shambling gait as they strut in your direction and the creepy music that plays in the background every time you encounter one of them, and you have one of the most memorable Resident Evil enemies of all time.
