DULVEY INCIDENT
This one isn’t an easter egg as much as it is a somewhat hidden narrative detail. Resident Evil Village’s main story doesn’t go into the public fallout of the Baker incident too much, but there is a newspaper clipping in Ethan’s home that talks about it. Essentially, the whole incident was covered up by the authorities with the help of the BSAA, who claimed that the Dulvey incident and the explosion it resulted in were caused by a gas leak, which also claimed the lives of the Baker family.
