WORLD BUILDING AND LORE
The Witcher 3 is an immersive game, and while there are plenty of reasons for that, one of the most important ones has to be the incredible way it builds its world. Every place you visit feels like it has a history and nature of its own, every person you meet has something interesting to say, and there are interesting bits of backstory and lore all around the world. Reading about the monsters in a bestiary can be surprisingly fun at times, while learning about the political entanglements plaguing cities like Novigrad is fascinating as well.
