Forgettable Characters
Topping off the inconsistent lore, middling story and at times annoying dialogue is that there aren’t many memorable characters in Fallout 3. Sarah Lyons was pretty good, especially when you go through so much together and her farewell at the end of Broken Steel was great. Other than that, Autumn, Three Dog, Moira, Butch and Amata were all pretty forgettable. Throw in some rather annoying voice acting (Moira after becoming a Ghoul or Jack, for instance) and you have a smorgasbord of character problems.
