9. UI
Microsoft decided to make the UI common for all their devices. You look at Windows, your Windows phone or your Xbox, they’re essentially the same. While it’s a good attempt at making thing disintegrated, it hasn’t been the best of things to do. How the UI looks isn’t even the problem.
The problem is the same as with the PS4, the UI is not optimised. Although the Xbox One does a slightly better job at navigation than its Sony counterpart, it’s still irksome. Not having the ability to organise your files and games really twitches our nerves. And why don’t we have folders? They’re the most primal thing that devices should have now. It will do wonders for data organisation and Microsoft’s popularity.
